REIKI cannot be learned from a book or long distance. It is one of the ancient mysteries of the world and the activation of REIKI occurs only through an initiation process referred to as an “ATTUNEMENT”, which is given by a REIKI TEACHER.

Attunement or Initiation to REIKI does not require the initiate to be in certain state of mind or health for REIKI to be activated. No student ever FAILS to receive the REIKI when the attunements are correctly given. The initiation through the Attunements causes the Total Energy Field of the initiate to undergo expansion. This is not referring to the AURA which expands and contracts constantly (please beware of misleading information). Once a person is Attuned, they have REIKI for life.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO LEARN A LEVEL?
It normally takes two full days to be initiated at level 1. It can be learnt in GROUP SEMINARS or INDIVIDUALLY, as per choice of student. Level 2 is spaced over 6 weeks, meeting once a week for about 2 hours each week. Level 3A takes longer depending upon the student. After initiation REIKI is highly experiential and the initiate must use REIKI to the fullest. There is no substitute for practice. Each individual has personal experiences; as REIKI has no limitations and transcends beyond all barriers- including Time & Space. All my students are welcome to revert to me for all the clarifications that they may desire.

REIKI LEVEL 1
Join us for an inspiring 2-days where you will learn to work with the healing life energy that surrounds and permeates all things. You will be attuned to this energy and become able to use it to help yourself and others. The class includes:

REIKI LEVEL 2 This class is for those wanting to continue the Reiki journey. You will be introduced to three Reiki symbols and learn how to use them for healing, conquering time and space. You will receive another attunement, which will allow for a powerful enhancement of the Reiki energy.
4 sessions of about 2 hours each include:

REIKI LEVEL 3 (Healing Master’s)
In 18 sessions of about 100minutes each, you will learn:

MONTHLY REIKI CYCLE
Once a month you're invited to share a meditation and exchange Reiki healing. A Reiki circle is a good opportunity for Reiki students and practitioners to get together, share treatments and discuss their Reiki experiences. It is open to anyone who has completed a Reiki class.
No charge.

Sessions available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8am to 9 am; 11 am to noon.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA : INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Sessions available 9am to 10am ; 4 to 5pm Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays.
